Terms of service

1. Service and roles

Operators manage workspaces, projects, sessions, published questions and answers. Participants use questions, upvotes and reports in shared sessions. Publication, merging, hiding and answers remain the responsibility and judgment of the relevant workspace operator.

2. Accounts and credentials

Operators must protect accounts, API keys and webhook signing secrets. Revoke exposed credentials and contact support if unauthorized use is suspected. Participants must not impersonate others or bypass request limits.

3. Prohibited conduct

Operators and the service provider may hide content, restrict access and retain necessary records to keep the service safe.

• Illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or sexually exploitative content
• Material that violates privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights
• Malicious uploads, vulnerability exploitation, automated abuse or service disruption
• Attempts to access another workspace or private resource without permission

4. Data and content

You must hold the rights needed for submitted content. You grant the service and relevant project operator permission to store, display, analyze and transmit it as needed to provide the service. Data moves into deletion when the operator deletes the project or account.

5. Changes, interruption and liability

Parts of the service may change or pause for security, legal, infrastructure or maintenance reasons. Uninterrupted internet, external infrastructure or receiving webhooks is not guaranteed. Liability for indirect loss is limited where applicable law allows.
